from here he met FRANCO a well known singer in south. They combined and created a band called BAND SEVEN which is the first Indipop band from India.... and from there STEPHEN kept on advancing....

i deeply mis my chetana days....... i droppd music n in dat way chetana too.... themost rubbish thing i've done must be forgetin of my music school n my dearest thomas father..... strongly wishes to be there for once again which neva eva happen..... its none but me to be blammed for wot i did......... chetana the best for all who admires music at its best.....
hi...I'm nithya...an ex student (piano) of chetana...i really miss those days and especially my dedicated teacher Fr. Thomas...Now I'm settled in Delhi and now i realize how gud those days were...
oh god, there is a big mistake in the description, The Guru of Stephan Devassy is not Fr.Paul Poovathingal, .Fr Paul is a carntatic musician and , he never play piano. Chetana has many branches of music and media insititutions, like chetana natyagraha, chetana music academy, chetana media each branch is directed by different fathers. Fr Paul is the director of one branch where there are carnatic vocals, classical dance are taught, but Western music, instruments like piano, guitar, drums, violin then tabla, hindustani vocals are taught in Chetana music academy.

Fr. Thomas Chakkalamattath CMI who is the director of chetanamusic academy, I am one of the students of chetana music academy, I'm learning piano there,and I'm also working as the choir conductor and choir singer in the chetana music academy choir in which Stephan was the former Keyboardist!
